Offer yoga classes and guidance tailored to individuals and couples seeking to enhance their fertility and support reproductive health.
Yoga for Seniors with Mobility Challenges
Provide chair yoga and adaptive yoga classes for seniors with limited mobility, focusing on gentle movements and breathwork.
Yoga for Caregivers
Provide yoga classes and support groups for caregivers, offering relaxation and self-care practices to reduce caregiver stress and burnout.

How Much Time Will The Coaches Spend With Me?
They will spend as much time as needed. If you need more time, they will accomodate
How Soon Can I Start?
You can start as early as possible, as soon as you and your coach get together and decide to start.

Dede is L.E.A.N. and Prime Time Health Certified, a Master Health Coach, a Certified Prevent T2 Diabetes Lifestyle Coach, a Plant-Based Kitchen Coach, and has completed coursework in Spiritual Roots of Disease through Be in Health.
Cynthia
A Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with ACE (American Council on Exercise). She combines faith, movement, and the power of nourishment to inspire holistic well-being, empowering others to live vibrantly and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.
Megan
Megan has background in the creative arts therapies. She completed her Master Health Coach certification through the Dr Sears Wellness Institute, with specializations in both Family and Pregnancy Health Coaching.

Joanna Green is a Certified Life Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, and faith-driven mentor passionate about helping women overcome life's challenges to align with their God-given purpose.

Beverley completed a Medical Missionary certification from Wildwood Lifestyle Center and Hospital located in Wildwood, Ga in March of 2010. This was her first step in learning how God designed the body to repair and rebuild itself.
